You do not need to have your class fully formed to submit. Please select the option on the submission form that states that the class is "In Development" so that further communication can be arranged if your presentation is selected.

Other things to keep in mind:

  • "Live" classes will be done over the Zoom platform. You will be made a "Host" in the room for improved quality of screen or sound sharing. Class size is limited to 98 participants.

  • Prerecorded content will be offered over either Zoom or on the Vivacious Self Twitch channel depending on the content. Music presentations will be negotiated with each artisan to best meet the needs of those artists.

  • This will be a ticketed event. Price point is still being determined and all participating presenters will have the opportunity to influence the ticket prices.

  • Base pay rate of the festival is $50 USD per hour. This is provided by Vivacious Self. Ticket sale proceeds will be provided after the festival to all presenters who opt in to that payment selection.

  • You will be required to promote the event as part of being hired to participate.

  • Discounted and scholarship ticket price options will be available to attendees of the festival.
